Por disposición del Comandante General del ERD, Mayor Gral. Carlos A. Fernández Onofre, la Escuela de Graduados de Estudios Militares del Ejército de República Dominicana, EGEMERD, de la Facultad de Ciencias Militares del Instituto Superior para la Defensa, @insuderd , dió inicio al Curso Básico Para Instructores-Facilitadores de la institución.
Dicho curso se realiza desde el 26 de Septiembre al 10 de octubre de 2022, en el mismo participan Sargentos del, @ejercitord quienes reciben la capacitación para optar por los Diplomas que los acreditan como Instructores- Facilitadores del ERD.
El curso tiene el objetivo de capacitar a los Suboficiales para que adquieran las habilidades de planificar, presentar, facilitar y evaluar la instrucción militar, como parte de su proceso de capacitación para pertenecer a la carrera de suboficiales.
La Capacitación es coordinada por el Tte. Cnel. David De La Cruz Santana, ERD., (DEM), Subdirector de Desarrollo del Cuerpo Docente de EGEMERD.
Así mismo, cuenta con la supervisión del Director General de EGEMERD, Cnel. Jorge Luis Vásquez Suárez, ERD., (DEM), siguiendo las instrucciones del Comandante Gral. del ERD, Mayor Gral. Carlos A. Fernández Onofre, ERD.
