Rafael J. Féliz García, el cual ha enarbolado la bandera de la Inclusión Social como el principal reto de su gestión.De su lado, el Cnel. Jorge Luis Vázquez Suárez, ERD, (DEM), Director General de la Escuela de Altos Estudios Militares del Ejército, acompañado por su plana Mayor, Recibieron al Ministro, quien firmó el libro de visitas distinguidas para luego hacer un recorrido guiado por las instalaciones de EGEMERD., donde pudo comprobar la amplitud de los espacios y las capacidades tecnológicas instaladas en las diferentes aulas de esta escuela de altos Estudios Militares.
El Ministro, conversó con los estudiantes de Comando y Estado Mayor, sobre el objetivo del Ministerio de la Juventud, de lograr la inclusión social de las juventudes en República Dominicana, ejecutando la visión del señor presidente, donde los jóvenes son una pieza esencial para lograr un desarrollo económico, social, inclusivo y sostenible.
